Just reinstalled the electric sunrrof panel on my Audi 80 to find it feels very tight can anyone advise me on how to lossen it up as I do not want to burn out the motor.

Did you re grease the runners? Mine was very slow until I removed the metal covers and re greased them. Take car mind as the cord easily pops out of the track. Audi do a tube of special white grease for it.
