      Same here.
I think the guy with the green rsr has his vent above his air filter location which is towards the rear of the engine bay

Hmmm food for thought, certainly. David, might just take you up on the offer of tools etc.

I don't know if I absolutely love that Quattro, or think it's a bit OTT. *shrug* Might be the bling wheels... dunno. Weird.

How does the drainage for these work? or is the amount of water coming through during our April showers not worth it.

You could combine it with the trip to JP Exhausts on the 12th May http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2612

            and the pub!

Good question! At the Donnie custom show on Sunday I must have looked like a right geek staring through people's bonnet vents wondering if bloody great puddles of water were collecting...

David - yeah - sorted that out with work. I'll be there! Do you think they'd be able to knock me up a piece of straight pipe to replace my 1->2->1 or would I have to come back after they've measured up etc?

There are two ways of doing it:
1/ just let the water go straight through
2/ Have an undertray to catch the water just like the Metro Turbo ( this lowers the flow but is much neater)

PJ, have a chat with them, if you book your car in for the afternoon, I can collect you and we can attack the bonnet and then go back with the rabble in the evening later and pop the bonnet back on or something like that.

                            Speak to them direct http://www.jpexhausts.co.uk/

If we don't have your bonnet you can have a lift back in the moggy. It's got racing harnesses ( all I could find in the loft when I rebuilt it!)

                            David

                            Don't get too excited!
