    You have to cut a slot into the aluminium casing so that you can push a pin to release the barrel. I have some pictures somewhere where I have done one, I will try to find them for you.

      Lock cylinder, removing/installing

      Removing

      1.gif
      1. Remove steering lock housing

      2. remove ignition switch

      3. drill steering column housing with 3 mm drill according to illustration

      a = 9.0 mm

      b = 12.0 mm

      CAUTION!

      Do not drill too deep or lock cylinder will be damaged.

      4. insert ignition key into lock cylinder

      5. push down retaining spring through hole with mandrel

      6. remove lock cylinder

      Installing
      3.gif
      1. insert key into lock cylinder

      2. insert key with lock cylinder into housing in OFF position
