Water leaking\building up in my Avant!

I have an issue with the S2 avant, there is water leaking into both footwells. What happens is I leave the car overnight and if it rains, in the morning the carpets will be dry, however when I move the car I hear water sloshing about behind the dash and first corner about half a liter (or more) of water will come out from either under my glove box of round my feet . Water aslo seems to be leaking out as well as I see a water trail when I reverse out of the drive.

I've checked the 2 drain holes in the scuttle and both are clear,the water sounds like it is lower down anyway. Anyone seen this before?

Many thanks, I think its the sunroof. I went out to check this morning but my sunroof and Windows aren't working. I suspect the thermal fuse. I think I can hear the water running down the pillars when I moved the car tho.
