Seen them go on ebay.de for about that money, having said that the prices of stuff have gone up considerably in the last year or two. Seen a set of RS2 dials go for over €300 the other night..

The RS2 reflector is NLA from Germany. It was made obsolete in the UK on 06/01/2012 so if you got one from Audi last week you were one of a lucky few. The red handle strip was made obsolete on 01/04/2004 but the complete boot handle is still showing available. I have one on order for a customer that is showing an ETA of 29/01. It's only been on order two days so there is still a risk it will go obsolete too.

Ben,
what is the price of the RS2 hatch handle and mechanism?
Contacted the seller on Ebay.de who has 5 pieces available. Anyone interested? Postage for all 5 to one Deutsch address is 20euros. Waiting for a reply ask to a discount for a GB on the 5 pieces. Please reply here

There goes that idea. Seems like someone (reseller) bought out the 9 remaining on ebay for 800euros. Don't be shocked they'll pop up for an arm and a leg.
