Hmm, just come off the phone with Autoroofs chasing this up, I would urge caution.

In one breath they said they would have to buy it in 1000m length (yes thats what they said !!!) and then in the next they said they could buy it individually as it has a part number.

I will continue to follow this up as it might bear fruit but I must admit, the signs are not good !!

They did confirm that they expect to have an answer by the end of this week.

Here's the seal off the steel roof, it's quite different to the glass option.

Right have been chasing this up with a firm called southwestsunroofs i have sent some pics of my glass sunroof and he seems to think that Audi did not fit the hollandia sunroof to their cars and mine looks a different type, but he is going to confirm this with webasto and bell me tomorrow. He can get hold of the seal for that type of roof and it is supplied in the biggest lenth and you cut it down to fit your size roof as they come in various sizes, the cost is £52.99 delivered. Im going to ask iff he will do it cheaper iff there are a few more people interested. I will post up my findings when i get them.

According to sebastian funk at Audi Tradition its still available from the stealers, i was quoted £90 + vat

I have a genuine Audi VW Sunroof Seal for the Glass Type - made in Germany and had be ordered from Germany - 895 877 297A - It cost nearly £125 by the time I got it sent over.

Does anyone want it?

No joy with this from southwest sunroofs so I bit the bullet and got one from Pete at quattrocorner £112.10 each still cheaper than the stealers, I also bought a new boot seal £100 hopefully my boot will stop leaking.
