        remove grab handles
remove trim at back of boot
remove sunvisors (2x screws under cover on sunvisor and 2x on the holder clip but be careful, these break VERY easily) and unclip the electric plugs
        remove sunroof switch panel
remove rubber at front of headlining
pop down the metal surround for the sunvisor
        remove a/b/c pillar trims
use hand to push down the headlining as its glued up
take out thru boot of the car
remove the sunroof cartridge whole by undoing all the 10mm nuts/bolts
        pull the drainage pipes off

worthwhile changing the sunroof seal whilst doing all this, £67 i think last time I got one for my white car.

Right I took the motor off and caked the cables in wd40 it now goes back and forth, it does stick but all I do is take the motor off and cake it in ub40 again lol , the only snag was it pulled the sunroof lining off on the one side, I need pics of an avant sunroof fully open if anyone could take some please, cheers

I think wd40 will be better than caking it in ub40

the sunroof trim is a pita to do, its got two metal pegs at the front that holds it in and from what I remember some velcro or something at the back that holds it on.

Lol, I read up someone using a syringe and filling it with ub40 and injecting it through the cables, for the lining I got some super super carpet spray which I hope works
