Replica RS2 Grill Mesh

I'm after some mesh for a grill I'm making... What's the OE stuff look like and where can I get replica mesh to cut to size?

I think it's a small fortune. Halfrauds etc. do mesh at a fraction of the cost, just wondering where does something decent.

Went NLA at TPS earlier this year! they have no stock throughout the UK, some german sites i have emailed that show it as being in stock are exactly the same, they no longer have it

I just bought the grill from Audi Tradition in Germany. They also do the clips. You are right it's not cheap, I think the cost inc p&p was about 215 euros.

I just want something that looks similar. I've chopped up and wrapped a stock grill frame and want to put some mesh on it... If I had £215 to spend on it, it wouldn't be on the grill

Don't do to Halfords, go to B&Q they sell loads of different types of mesh. I'm sure they'll have what you're after or at least something close.

Just to clarify the sterling cost of the grill was about £90. The retaining clips and p&p made up the rest.

Come on now we all no you may as well just buy a RS2 COZ it come,s with the mesh that one requires. Job done . Dose this help

Can someone please measure the mesh hole size on an rs2 grill. Option I've found are 12x5 mm and 10x30mm.

That's the sort of thing I was looking at. That's 10x30mm, just wanted to know what the OE RS2 mesh was.

10x30mm is pretty close to OEM. Have you seen this:-
