    Coupe Rear Bumper Removal

I need to remove the rear bumper on my coupe as it's sold.
I know some mounting bolts are on the boot floor but how are the sides held in place ?

Anyone got a pic of how they come off ?

    Cheers, Chris
For what this cost me so far I could have bought an S2

I would have a look in the Bentley manual (if I had one)

I'll let the pictures do the talking.

Be ready for at least one of the bolt heads to shear off.

Oh and don't forget to remove the self-tapping screw #15.

Yep, the bolts under the arches almost always round out and then snap once you try with grips etc, the plastic brackets often brake as well but they are still available and aren't expensive.

Nice and straight forward with no rounded hex bolts and no snapped mountings
