How to remove the rubber seal that runs around the roof above the windows on a coupe

I need to remove the rubber seal that runs around the coupe roof over the door and rear windows. I don't want to damage it ,but I need to remove it ready for respray.

I have recently done this. The rubber is permanently attached to the aluminium profile. You need to remove the door rubber, B pillar trim, rear window and cover strip under tailgate at bottom of C pillar. Drill out the rivets and remove. IIRC.

Managed to do this without to much trouble, thanks to the post above
The only problem was the little nut and bolt at the bottom rear corner,it just kept spinning, and there is very little to get hold of on the other side.the bottom rubber under the rear opening window is stuck on.
The rubber door seal just pulled of, but I did get this awful feeling about whether it would all go back on.

The original way of fitting the opening rear window rubbers is double sided tape, going gently with a heat gun might help it pull away.
