This is the bain of many Coupe owners lives...mine included.
Simple things to check are the two drain holes under the scuttle panel at the base of the windscreen, the fuse box and ventilation inlet seals as well as the bonnet release cable.
However, if the car has had it's windscreen changed it's likely to have been rushed and done poorly causing water to get in at the top and down the side of the A-post trim. Sometimes this can be sorted by carefully refitting the various layers of trim with the correct size rivets, I've encountered cars where the fitter has used self tapping screws But sadly more often than not the screen needs to be removed and the job done properly from scratch, it's at least two or three hours work and you'd need to have done a few of them to get it done that quickly. I'd want a day to do the job myself, which is what I'm planning on doing when I fit the heated screen I have ready. Really it's a job for a body shop as opposed to a guy in a van with a two hour time slot.
I think there's a few threads on here regarding the subject
Good luck, I hope it's something simple!

Ok this is where i show how truly thick i am! where are the fuse box and ventilation inlet seals located?
The windscreen hasn't been replaced as far as i know,i don't know whether danny (dna autocare) had it changed but i should imagine if it has been changed he would have done a good job of it!
So i really need to take it to a professional place make sure it gets done correctly the first time.
Open the bonnet and look towards the back, the fuse box is on the left, the water should run away down the little hole in the corner of that well that the fuse box sits in, if there are leaves and muck there clean it out, the bonnet pull goes through a grommet there and can leak, the heater air inlet is on the other side of the car, same story, clear the muck out. If the water can run away easily you should not get much in the car. However.. Look carefully for a small crack between the panels where they join in the corner, both my cars had leaks there. There are pics in the threads I linked to.
If the leak is because of a windscreen replacement it will be coming through between the roof and the trim above the doors and running down the A pillar into the front foot well and finding it's way to the back footwell as it's lower. Try tapeing with black electrical tape along the join between the trim and the roof and see if it stops.
