More sadness

Ripped the rs2 bumper of the coupe ,and pissed up the new paintwork.
I haven't unbolted it yet to access the damage ,but it doesn't look good.
Never ending with this car. The last bumper was destroyed by a dear, now this.

Parked the car and didn't see the high kerb. didn't feel ,or hear it when I parked. Only heard it when I pulled away ,
It has taken both the sharp points at the ends tht meets the wing. ripped of one of the flanges tht hold the wing linner., and broken one of the main support brackets.
Trying to figure out the best way to mend it.
Its an oe bumper ,but I must say there is much strength in it .

Classic. BTDT on my *Lowered* 93 UrS4. No permanent damage. Just pulled the bumper off the side mounts.

sorry to hear about this, but i have just repaired a cabriolet v6 bumper with a hot staple
kit and a plastic welder, results have been very good , resulting joints are very strong, hope this is of some use.

Did the same in Shrewsbury station carpark in the RS4

Done it as well.

A right pain to fix, but glad I was able to reuse the bumper.

Ouch.. Low kerbs like that are a flaming nightmare, it's so easily done too. Hope you get it sorted out ok.
