Anyone has a list of displayable channels?
I was using average speed method today to confim that there is indeed around 9% difference in digital data (from ECU) and analog on speedo. 100 km/h indicated by speedo turned out to be only 91 km/h. 220 km/h was indeed only 200 km/h. That also brings one question if audi quted max speed of 247 km/h is that real or a "fake" one?
Is there some way to tune the analog display to show real data?
you can aldo calulate the real speed with data from tyers gearbox and engine rpm
klic here its in swidis but i thin you can figure it out or els ask me i translate,ABT C5 Lord Of The Rings

"Press and hold the recirculation button. Then press the manual flow control up arrow. You should see a 1c. Press the temperature up ("+") or down ("-") buttons to select a code number."
When I hold the recirculation button and press manual flow control up arrow, nothing changes, the selected temperature stays on display. So no "1c" and codes displayed.
Some faulty connection or is my 1991 3B not equipped with this feature?Comment

Apparently the reason why speedo's always read higher than true speed is that manufacturers have a legal requirement for the tolerance they are required to achieve, which I believe is 0% under to 10% over, if they fail to meet these tolerances then they get fined quite heavily.
So in theory you can never be going faster than the speed indicated on the speedo, interestingly enough we have been logging data from the OBD port and it seems to correlate with the speed shown on cluster, we haven't proved this yet but may well do over the next few daysComment

Can anyone confirm that this feature is working? I tried on my 3b today and nothing happens. I press recirc and HI flow button and the display remains the same. But it is a very nice feature if it is working!!Comment
