Heater woes, again... need wiring diagram !!

Hi Guys,

I have posted before about my heater blower problems. Brief reminder, it worked intermittently and then stopped completely. I replaced the motor and it worked for a while... Then changed the resistor pack, but nothing ! So I am suspecting the switch or a wiring fault ? Is there any other pairs in the system I need to check. I checked the fuse in the main panel and its OK.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram so I can do some testing...

Its a real pain this time of year......

Mike, Thanks for this. My car has manual AC so this is the correct diagram... perfect. Now lets see what could be wrong...

The full schematic is here of course - B76 - note the error as well that I once documented on S2central.com for this schematic (Error – Sheet 76/2 incorrectly shows relay in pos 11 as J26. This should be J101).
