Creating a simply control of the blower, can it be done?

So edited the post.

I was thinking rather then trying to replace the rest of my aircon system, blower, fans etc. I could perhaps make a simply control that could control the following:

On/Off blower motor
Control the fans that direct the air.
Control the the fan that mixes air from the heater and from outside.

Can this be done?

Just decided to change the topic since I cant really fit the old school turning knobs since they use wires. And due to the touchscreen there are no room for them.

So thought I could just bypass the damn aircon control unit and make a simply control of the blower motor etc.
