One thing that can cause this it's the MFTS
One of the functions of this MFTS it's to put off the aircon on high temps to protect the motor from overheating.
This sensor was causing no power supply to my aircon in my exS2 3B
An easy way to check this it's loose the plug from the MFTS and check if the compressor kicks in if it does you have two options:
loose the wire that connected with the aircon system and leave it disconnected and leaving the others connected in this way thoug you will loose the "protection" on high temps of the cooling liquid that switches off the compressor
