Im having a bit of a head scratch here, changing my AC heater box to a non-AC one.
I've had the box for a while and had rebuilt it ready to do the swap.
I've just swapped the 3 cables over from the old to the new box, they fit in exactly the same places. Then I noticed there's another flap which closes the fan off from the car, I have no cable to operate this. Should it have a servo motor or something, so that the flap is closed when the ignition is off?
In the pic it's the white operating arm in the middle of the long duct between fan and matrix.
Just for the record, the 2 boxes side by side, the dead matrix and the missing and rotten foam on the flaps!
