A6 C4 AEL AC blows on the same temperature

As i described my AC does not works properly.
No matter LO or HI its blows the same temperature air.
I was changed cabin filter,but that was not the problem.

I think not the gas is the problem because the strength of the air is
fine.

The gas does not change the amount of air coming through, only the temperature. I'd get it leak tested, I bet you've got no gas

i expect the temperature change stepper motor is broken.

Do some research, the climate control display will show you a fault code (on my S6 it did)

Well the hot is also not hot enough is it depends too on gas?
How can i test the gas level?

The test port is on the off side of the air-con rad (RHD car) you will need specialist equipment to test the pressure.

in the hidden menu n channel1 i can see 15.7 but untill now i could not find what doest it mean.
Furthermore i can not step in the channel1 if there is more faults,or how can i see multiple faults?

is that the flap motor error?Is there a dedicated fuse for Flap motor?

Update:as far as i know the flap motor only control
the direction of the flow.

Just came back from the AC service.Filled with new gas,anyway there was still 0,45kg gas in it.
And afterall.................
The cool isn't cool enough,i am not sure but maybe is the same with outside temperature.
The mechanic said that it can be the falt of ac compressor.

I was tested the ac clutch in the vag-com.
I can hear the click when testing output.
Soo don't know

Just checked the 20th channel at climatronic.
It is change the voltage level:11.4-to 11.5 when i didnt do anything

you have to take of the windshiled wiper and the cover.
Under a plastic case with 3 bolts under it you can find the cabin filter.
