1/8" BSP welds sockets (EGT)

Hi all i have been told there is a need for weld sockets to mount your gas temperature probes into your manifold/pipes.
There are 2 sizes all in St/St,
size 1 is: 25mm(dia) x 15mm long
2 is: 30.8mm(dia) x 15mm long,
If needed i can reduce the size of the diameter to 15mm, they need shaping/grinding to the manifold or location you are going to weld it too, i will fit an 1/8"bsp plug so that when you are grinding and welding the socket to suit, the threads will be safe.
If people need them just PM me and tell me what diameter you need, note a thicker wall will reduce weld distortion a bit.

I'm going to weld one of these, made by Graham, onto the metal pipe just before the throttle body so I can measure the intake temperatures.

Thermocouples, usually, come with a 1/8bsp threaded compression adapter.

gti will be good, i doubt i will have had my chroming done by then anyway. Gonna put one in then use a probe for test purposes to start with.

Graham - is there any chance you could send me another 2 adapters?

A friend is mounting 2 probes in his car - he'll be at gti so he can pay you cash or beer.
