Photo's from 3.5" exhaust Avant

Hy.

I'm ordering parts for a complete 3.5" exhaust system for my S2 Avant. I already have 2 SIMONS 3.5" silencer. But it would be nice to see some photo's off complete systems for ordering the rest off the parts. I already had some nice photo's off a B5Q 3.5" one but i can't find them any more

I's not possible for my to put the car on a lift before ordering

What bhp are you planning on running for a full 3.5"?

I've heard a full 3.5" and it's bloody loud!

@ jamo, How much silencers did it had? I'm planing to run 2 and i will put the end tip down to reduce the noise a little bit more.

2 silencers, really does make a difference the pipe size. will be a sweet free flowing exhaust though

600 crank can be done on large bore downpipe and 3" back doesn't have to be 3.5 to make that power.

That'll be fine, trust me, I'm running a three inch single box with no cats on the 20vT rallycar and it meets a lot of uk circuits 98db... Far better than the old engine in it, that was 109db...

Wow, you have copied my plan! I have the exact same silencers and was also thinking of putting the end tip down. Are you using any cat? My plan is to do the exhaust like this: Turbo with 3" outlet, reducer to 4" -> 4" DP -> 5" 100cell cat -> 4" flex -> 4" ~1m pipe -> reducer to 3,5" pipe with mufflers to the rear. WG with a separat 2" pipe and muffler, flow to atmosphere.

No i don't use a cat. I don't need one for the AKP (the Dutch MOT). And i will make a 3.5" downpipe. Not sure about the wast-gate (MV-R) yet. I think i will put it in the exhaust after the downpipe.
