my exhaust is only blowing out of the left hole normal or not
and could it be contributing to my other problems

what feel like a fuel starvation problem that hasnt been improved by new filter

Could be something has collapsed inside your silencer, I had a similar problem on my ur, the baffles rusted through, made a massive difference when I put a new one on. I fitted a new pump and filter too though, before finally doing the exhaust. It was a Scorpion so they replaced it under warranty.
