i am interested as well but one thing i would need to know is how reliable is the lighting side of it

That is very true.

I will ask them about that, All there other products are guaranteed for 2 years. and i am presuming that these will be the same.

Looking at the ebay feedback everyone seems to be pretty happy with the gauge faces. They seem to produce about 30 different types so I think that they know what they are doing.

I will ask them about guarantee etc. and what they are made out in my next mail to them.

At the moment I'm still trying to get a scan of the speedo face, but it think i might just send them a photo from VAG parts.

Could everyone that is interested please also state if they would like 160mph or 180mph?

I think we may as well go for 180

If we go for 180 would I have to recalibrate my speedo???? I have a CQ20V so my dials are 160mph. Sorry for being thick but I dunno!!!!!

Yup i just noticed the same.
Its probably best if we stick to 160 then.

I haven't emailed them with the image yet so ill just wait until i find a standard S2 one.

If they can be shipped to the states, I am in for the Main cluster and aux in blue. The stock red is very hard for me to see, especially on the white gauges.

the graduations seem to look more OE? or is it just me. i would be happy with either in MPH

They look basically the same, Just dont have the S2 bit on the rev counter.

Total price for main clusters + aux gauges will be £100 - £110 Inc P&p, depending on what they charge me to send them to England.

I'm not planing on making nay money on this at all, I just want to get my speedo working again

I will compile a list of people interested tomorrow, and hopefully manage to find a scan or detailed photo of the current 160MPH gauge face.

Me too. It adds a bit of extra "panash". I was even considering to ask everyone if they would maybe like s2forum.com added in very small font, but i dont think the boys at racing24de would do that as they will want to sell some of the speedo dials to none forum members.
