des Scan ist brauchbar, wir arbeiten auch schon daran.

Einige Fragen habe ich noch:

1. müssen unbedingt Meilen und km/h auf der Scheibe sein?
uns wäre es lieber wenn nur Meilen auf der Scheibe sind, das sieht besser aus.
2. sollen Richtgeschwindigkeiten hervorgehoben werden?
bei uns in Deutschland sind das 50 und 130 km/h
3. S2 Logo ja oder nein wir würden es lieber mit rein nehmen

Ein Beispiel könnte ich dann in den nächsten Tagen schicken.

Ok, im in a rush so ill make it brief.

They are already working on perfecting it to us.

Does everyone want MPH and KMH on the dial? They think Just KMH would look better. Personally that’s my opinion too.

Do we want “Richtgeschwindigkeiten” Uplifted on the dial.
I.E. markings at 30 and 70 MPH ??? this would be an indent or something similar

Do we want an S2 Logo on the dial or just on the Rev counter?


They can have a sample ready in the next few days.

Let me know ASAP please I will email them tomorrow morning with the results by then. The majority will take the vote

P.s. I would also like to ask if anyone wants to add 180MPH at the bottom bellow 160. This will not require recalibration of the spedo as its just an addition below 160 mph.

Right. My 2p's worth.

MPH only
S2 emblem on Revs only
and 180mph (as theroretically our cars can do 175mph approx at 7000 RPM (unlimited of course)
And 30/70 indents cool with me.

For those who want to argue that point -

Top gear - 24.7mph per 1000 Rpm so therefore at red line

7 * 24.7 = 172.9 mph.

I'd quite like km as well, as I drive in europe but not too fussy.

dont mind about indents.
180 as long as it doesnt need to be recalibrated, ie the extra segment is just added on, otherwise its silly as the speedo wont be accurate without a yellow box or a speedo healer and thats another 100 quid or so. also the scan will no longer be right anyway so this is going to slow things down..

Hmm, This puts me in a bit of a pickle.

They are not going to manufacture two different styles. So i am going to have to go with the majority.

They are going to make a sample that will get scanned and then sent over here.

I will instruct them to do the following for now.

MPH only
Markings at 30 and 70
Add on 180 MPH (This will NOT require recalibration)
And no S2 logo on the Speedo its self, just on the rev counter.


Ill let you know how i get on.

Just read this, prob too late, but i wouldn't mind KMPH aswell seeing as its always handy to have if you do go driving in europe i.e. Le Mans/Ring meet etc etc.
