Yeah AUX ones are also there. See one of the pics on previous page.Originally posted by AUDI9020Vwot about the aux ones too are they there.l
@ Newsh. if you want to convert the switches i have some LED bulbs that do the job. They have built in resistors so there is not soldering required, Apart form: Heated seats and head light level adjuster. they are a little different and require some soldering to fit a different type of led and resistor.

I Started fitting the main gauges yesterday.
It was a LOT easier than i thought, If i hadn't spilt superglue over the carbon fiber insert i think i would have completed it in one hour.
Fitting the main gauges is very easy if you are not worried about your old ones.
The new gauges have a sightly bigger hole so they DO NOT require you to take of the needles
.
(See pics)
It does however mean that you have to cut the old gauges in order to take them off.
This can be done with nail scissors etc...
My gauges were in a state anyway so i just cut through them, If you do want to keep your gauges then you will have to very very carefully remove the Needles of the Speedo and Rev counter.
(Fuel and Water gauges are easy, the needle comes of with out any problem.
)
Here are a few pics:
Take great care when unscrewing the Speedo and Rev Counter faces (4 little gray screws, it is easy to damage these. I slipped a little on a couple of them so now the paint on the screw surface is uneven.
)

After all the gauges were in place and screwed down, i applied a tiny bit of super glue to the outer underside of the gauge faces, this will keep them stuck down but will also allow them to be removed if required.
(The Fuel one is slightly different, The electrics form if branch off to the side at a angle that will bend the wires a little as the cluster is reassembled. You therefore need to use a little more superglue on the Underside of this gauge)

Cluster with carbon and Alloy gauge rings,
If you only use the alloy rings then they clip in very easily and you no not need any glue. I also chose the carbon and it meant that i had to use a tiny bit of super blue on the Water and Fuel rings to get them to stay in place, as the carbon fiber insert stops them from clipping down properly.
You can see in the image that i spilt a little bit of super glue at the water gauge, Ill clean this up tonight though.
To insert the carbon mask you just gently feed it through one of the larger gauge wholes, Its quite flexible, same goes for the gauge rings.

We're not worthy...
We're not worthy
Hands down to you bo excellent job, looking forward to recieving. Would you also be able to supply me with the nessesary bulbs to convert everything to blue (switches, heater controls, and autocheck). Im guessing the clock can't be changed as lcd. And also wondering if warning signals are still yellow/red or all blue after conversion.
Thanks again for all you've gone through to get these produced.
