Seats for the track/driver education events

I need to look for an alternative to the existing power stock seats in my AAN converted B3 Coupe Quattro..I need much more headroom for helmet clearance, and a seat that will be hybrid track and sporty driver. (and knowing that I'll have to likely choose trading off the ability of the seat back flipping forward to access back seat) I also expect to have to make/adapt slider mounts as needed. I'm looking for some "been there done that" suggestions please!

I've got a pair of M3 Recaros in the parts for sale section. They're really low, you'll need to find some frames for them though, I used them in my coupe for trackdays, plenty room for a helmet and I’m tall.
