Heated seats wiring needed

I'd like to find a howto and the parts to convert my car to heated seats as the lovely leather interior I picked up from Waad today has the elements in it. My car has never had these so I'll be needing the loom and switches and info on how to wire it. Are there extra relays? Do the seats have switches or heat controllers? My old ur has switches but the elements and the seats they were in are long gone..
