RS2 seat removal guide? Any advice?

Im looking to run some wiring this weekend so I can install and amp in the boot.
Does anyone have any advice on how to remove the seats? Or should I try and run the wires with seats in place?

Seats are really easy to remove,

You need to remove the trim pieces from the back of the seat runners. Then underneath at the front there is a small m5 bolt on the center runner that you remove, then pull the seat all the way forward with the seat adjuster held up and seat will slide out of rear runners and you can lift the seat out.

that is for non electric, for electric, move the seat back as far as possible, there are 2 13mm bolts holding it to the floor, un bolt, tilt back and remove electronic connections, slide the seat out the back way, (yes you need to remove the trim from the tracks just like with the manuals. The next step is box them up and ship the seats to me.

The m5 bolt is supposed to be a spring clip...

They should come out from the back of the runners, ie the clip or m5 bolt, once removed, allows the seat to go back far enough to come out - elec and manual.

Rears, they're a **** pig to remove! The bolts never want to come out!
