I the quest for better seats i have found that my S2 is an old car, and some manufacturers have stopped making them. German brand Koenig ( konig) makes a type, but have anyone here used this type to install bucketseats? The seat is often sitting too high when you install a bucketseat, and i want to keep the adjustment possibility of the seat as long as possible. So, chaps - any tips for me?
Can these be used without beeing to high?

Thanks guys, but I hoped i wouldn't have to cut and weld, thats why I'm trying to find a bolt on kit like the one I linked to in the first post I'd rather spend a little bit on it rather than cut and weld too much.
I'm looking for something similar too. My Recaros are a little too high with a helmet on as I found out last weekend. Probably ok if you have a non sunroof car.

Recaros out of a late Cabbie, not Recaro bucket seats. I find the frames are higher than the standard S2 seat so you end up comfy but high up. I've thought about chopping the frames to lower them but don't want to lower their resale value.
Anyone with a short back looking for a set of heated, electric Recaros?
