...this bloody annoys me. I like leather seats, as they are easy to clean, and gives car a bit luxury feel. But they are squeaking like hell, they rub against center console on my S4, is there any way of reducing the squeaking noise.
I could be going back to cloth seats, if it can't be fixed.

I've got exactly the same thing in my avant, I was going to try a smear of silicon grease or a patch of felt glued to the console, I might try something tonight. Of course it's worse if you have the seat all the way back which I guess is the case with both of us.

That could work. I've been thinking of re trimming the center console in suede, or some other material.
Mine is all the way down, and all they way back...still tight.

just need to get some of that felt trim on a strip and put in the area it makes contact, job done. its used on the rear of the coupe where the c pillar trim and the plastic for the tweeter is IIRC

This may sound foolish but... On my RS6 I had the same problem that drove me crazy for quite some time. The simple fix was readjusting the connector (that the buckle plugs into) by the console - I just lift up on it an inch or so and the noise goes away...
