Ok now I kind of got what I need to do. I read this http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthr...+wiring&page=2
Thanks to Error404 I know exactly what parts I need. Most of them I have them.
I have spare "whole car harness" for Audi 90 b4 so I found The green thermal fuse with the holder but it was just one. I have another one with holder coming in 2-3 days.
So I have same thickness OEM wires but it will be different color...

Everything is understandable now but this: How to find the L30 place to plug the 9.5mm female spade terminal? Here is a picture of my L30 I beleive. I have same green fuses but maybe they are for the mirrors
      http://media.snimka.bg/s1/4723/035690717-big.jpg

In the thread there the guy shows pictures of his L30 and it doesnt look like mine... Maybe I am looking at the wrong place? ... or because he has right=correct side of the steering wheel?

And here is what half of the harness will look like.

      any suggestions

Ok thanks to Error I have made alot of progress
First it took me a while to find the L30 board but I found it... After that I realise I dont have any spare connectors there. After I removed one of the red plugs I realise there are 2 or 3 spare ones behind... so they were impossible to see unless remove some of the wires.. SO now I have to do the harness
I have a spare Audi 90 harness and I found same thickness and specs oem wires with the same type of pin. The only thing is that they are a bit different color. I put them because they are very long and will safe me lots of soldering

SO its correct. The earth is easy... the concern was how those 30A fuses actually work. SO basically they are "wall" between the car and the seat "+"
              ...
And the earth doesnt go to them fuses
              :0
Once I do the complete wiring I will post pictures to finally verify. I just wasn't sure about those fuses
              Thanks

P.S. One time I was wiring the "easy" ignition switch to my motorcycle. The result was FIRE hahaha . SInce then I dont feel any confidence whatsoever when I touch wire

Hi guys. Its been a while, but I still have the seats not installed, because the leather is still the wrong color

Does anyone know how to remove the headrest? On the normal seats, there is a po-out plastic cap and there is a metal shim under it which once taken out releases the headrest. On those Recaros there is a metal instead of plastic cap, which is non-removable?
                Any sugestions
                thanks

Like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jMVeQBQTEUk Well at least on all the Recaro seats I have had. Never had RS2/Cabriolet Recaro seats though.

I'm dismantling my Recaros (RS2) for a complete retrim.
The video from quattrostyle it's just perfect i just want to show what's hiding there...
Here the procedure with pictures for the headrest removal, guess i will make a new thread as well for future reference and use the youtube link of quattrostyle as well.

The Headrest it's blocked by two clips located between centre part and the top of the seat:

                    closer view of the clip:

mind that the clip has a plastic black sleeve be careful not to drop the plastic part it behind/inside the centre cushion...
you can easily feel it with your fingers if you know it's there and then safely pull it out.

                    Hope this will help.

Yes, the video up there is super thankful. I would never guess that I have to go under the leather and find those clips. Thnaks Quattrostyle and thanks veneto rs2

I will upload pictures of my seats, but htey are not ready yet.
The harness is installed though... with a lot of help from Error
