    Congratulations they look awesome!

    Question....

How it,s the seating position/feeling compared to the orignals seats of the Cabriolet?
    Higher? Lower? The same?
You coluored them from black to red?
I will do the same from black to navy blue are you happy with the result of the job?

    Thanks

Hi. The seating position is a bit higher I believe and much more tight ..if you are fat your body may not fit..
But of course they are height adjustable . my old ones were heathen and were really low but now I made a bit higher position with those

I redeyed mine from GREY to red, not from black to red.
Color changes are possible but is very hard and tricky process. It took me 3 weeks to do it and the result is super satisfying...no any problems or whatsoever. On normal usage it should be ok for around 10 years on the spots with more scrubing..while the rest of it which you don't touch with your body will last for as long as the leather itself...
You have to have quality dyes to do it properly.
      Good luck

        Thanks!

I thought that eventually they'll be a bit higher which it's not a problem.
Fitting myself into them was'nt a problem the last 18 years so should be fine... :-))
Dye them from black to blue....
I'll leave them to a professional after i take them apart
Seat from backside and center parts out to get them done properly.
        Again thanks for your feedback

By the way they can be done in one piece. They are tilting seats so the zone in between the bottom and the upper part is pretty easy accessable and they can still do it right. That's how they did on mine
          Best of luck
