New Recaro drivers seat

just fitted, Recaro Treadline, its transformed cornering. Seat height lowered, 3" I now feel part of the car, rather than 'on top', worth every single penny.

Bas, can you give us details of what you went through to get these into the car? Things like fitting procedure, rail changes and sources etc.

Have to admit, the stock seats are pretty lame.

WOW. Those seats look absolutely awesome. They look like upgunned R33 Skyline GTR huggers, but a lot lot classier!!!!

Excellent news. Im desperate to lower the seat in mine a bit more. i got hold of a set of trendlines a year or two back but they didnt flip forward because they were from an EVO. Do yours flip forward?

Any more details on fitting these?

Glad they fitted ok.
Regarding the height - once fitted do they still have a reasonable up and down height adjustment? There's a good twelve inches between myself and my wife (that's in height, snigger) and she will insist on driving the S2 sometimes.

They dont have height ajustment, you have to unbolt them and rebolt them in a different height, no use.

I have the same seats in slippery black leather. Totally recommended

They look perfect for the car. I keep wondering if it is possible to adapt the non tilting seats to tilting ones. Cant be that hard to do. Maybe just a lever needs adding or something?
