-Have you activated the GALA in the Blaupunkt stereo? On my Toronto it had to be turned on in one of the menus, and the "progressivity" can be adjusted, on a scale from 1-5 if I remember right.Leif-Helge

Don't know if you ever got this sorted, but this link gives the location of the white & blue speed sensing wire. May be worth a look?
