When i buyed the car there were Bostons in de rear doors. I wanna keep it to an original look but a clear Sound. Anyone has the original speakers dimensions?
I thought to Put A8 D2 böse speakers.
Be very wary of D2 A8 Bose speakers as they have a very low impedance.
The correct Bose amp and speakers work fine together but don't usually mix and match with anything else.
The A8 Bose rear speakers are rather simple 10cm full range, nothing to applaud about.
If you want an upgrade, buy decent speakers (e.g. Focal) and a proper amp and keep/get the original grills to keep the stock look

Well my D2 S8 with Bose had rather more than that at the rear.......
Wide-range speakers in each rear door and bass in the parcel shelf. You do need the full set (including the fronts too) to work properly of course.
the bass in the parcel shelf is a sort of sub for the entire system, not specific for the rear door set.
The front is prety OK (for a factory set), but you can do much better with aftermarket gear.
While the Bose did give a better sq than the normal ICE in the A8, it is still far away from what the current B&O has to offer, and I see no reason why you would want to go through the trouble of fitting it in aan S2.
if you want to keep the stock looks, put a 10cm coaxial in the front, will fit behind the ori grills. or do as I did and put a compo set with the tweeters in little pods on the dash (no holes needed), woofs in the ori location. (see pic)
for the rear: personally I use rear speakers only as "rear-fill", so only midrange. but if you like to also have the full sound in the back seats, a composet with a 13cm woofer will do nicely
