The standard is for CQ and the sports for S2's according to the book we looked at for the tracking machine.

Heavy Duty is an option used on things like police cars, fire vehicels and other special vehicles. I believe it is designed to take a hammering over rough terrain.

I've pulled together some of the wheel alignment threads into this one. Also of interest may be the post form sometime back about alignment.

The car is not a daily driver, but it is used for road trips, auto-x and what we call here in the states, a canyon carver. I am running about 1.5 negative camber, negative caster, and a degree of toe in. I have been running this setup for about 2 years, 9,000 miles, and have not found tread wear to be abnormal. I run Yokohama AVS Intermediates, which they don't make anymor. They have a tread wear rating of 150.

Toe in and toe out will effect tire wear a lot more than a negative camber. I rotate every oil change, so wear is more even.

I am currently running a 19 mm rear bar, but I find I still have a little too much push at lower speeds. When I am running canyons, it works fine. I would like to use the camber bolts on the rear, to get a little more camber. It is pretty close to Zero. Also I have heard that 1 degree toe out in the rear helps with turn in.

                Hope that helps

I am planning on getting a 4 wheel alignment carried out tomorrow and I am after the camber and toe in/out for my car. I have koni's and H&R springs and shocks, does anybody have any figures for this?

I have had a look through this thread but I haven't been able to find anything just yet.

                          Thanks Paul.

Would the settings not differ from those figures if the car had uprated suspension?

Nope - more negative camber is all you might wish to try. Thats a common tweak on all sorts of quick cars. You might need to drill out the adjustment holes on the struts to get the extra angle required though. Common motorsport practice is then to weld on some beefy washers at the right place on the strut when the alignment is complete.
