    RS2 farb. S2 Fitting advice?

I'm just about to fit a RS2 farb and
drop links onto my Aby Coupe.

As I appear to be the last person in the world
    to do this..... Any tips?

Going to support the car on stands and remove
    the wheels for easy access.
Should I load up the suspention (i.e. wheels back on,
car back on ground) before I tighten everything up?
I'm thinking I should allow every thing to find it's position
before I tighten up, or am I being dim and its not required

    Cheers, Grant

Fitted extreme HID's from Vagparts yesterday. WOW!!!

Yep thats good practice, put the weight on the wheels before clamping down the two mounts on the subframe.

I did mine on a ramp from underneath the car and it was a straight off and on job then. Took about 20mins.
Did the rear by scrabbling around on the floor under the car which was also a straight off and on job, minus a few bits of flesh on a few knuckles and about 45mins

Thanks for the advice gents. All fitted.
Took about an hour and certainly makes a
hell of a difference. Only downside is that it
has highlighted a knackered strut top mount....
Oh well I didn't have anything to do on Saturday
        anyway!

Just got the brakes to upgrade and then I'll
have the car the way I want it and I can stop
        with the mods.

            It's a fair cop guv....

I probabely won't be happy 'till I get to RS2 spec, but this S2 was
supposed to be my "cheap" everyday car so I can keep the ur for
the weekends... at least that's what I told my wife.:mischeif:
