Did all 3b/ABY S2 coupes have the same rear suspension?

    Did all 3b/ABY S2 coupes have the same rear suspension?

    save for the fact that the wheel housings and uprate mounts changed from 12mm to 14mm bolts/nuts with the change from the 3B to ABY engine?

    I am under the (probably) incorrect impression that the ABY had the B4 rear suspension...

      There never was a B4 Coupe. rear suspension of the Coupe never changed except for the ARB being added in 1990 which never applied to the S2 anyway.

              You'll only find b4 rear sus. on a b4 80 sedan or avant or RS2...like to one i'm converting.

                  No £B is 12mm ABY 14mm

                  They are exactly the same bar this.

                  I've fitted 3B rear and front struts to an ABY before.

                      rear triangle suspension is not the same, but i don't know what s the difference,
                      i had to order a new one and it s not the same for 3B or ABY.

                          Forgot that bit I swapped them over from the ABY parts.
