a quick image to all intrested it will be a 16mm tube (or something like this) in stainless 316l weldon nuts and uniballs in ss316l and nuts/bolts etc. has not start to work on it before yesterday. I have only 2 problems, first i must understand why it is bent, because bumpsteer maybe? i will make a straight pipe of this is working, otherwise i will bend it and the bolt at the subframe, this hole is not round so must make somthing for that. but a picture so you know what im talking about.

It will be bent to avoid something, like the subframe. Makes no difference to bump steer.

You can buy reverse threaded heim joints if thats helps, then it will act like a proper adjuster. If you can get away with making it straight that is.

i was thinking of this if i can make it straight there will be reversed threads,

what do you all thinking of material? im going to check during the weekend if i need m10 or m12 uniball and the pipe diameter? 16x2mm or something maybe?

edit: i will make a kit to my car and se what materials cost and then i can take "orders" ?

i will go to the garage today and start looking on these things, i also have an idea, why not use the oem bolt at the subframe so you can first adjust there, and if you want more agressive toe in (for trackdays etc.) you will adjust on the tie rod? that would be easiest to do, since the bolt hole in the subframe isnt perfectly a circle. so if you use an regular bolt maybe it will adjust itself when it getting to much pressure, and that we dont want

Any chance you could make the outer thread the standard fitment, so that you have the option of using a standard tie-rod end instead of a heim joint? That would make the whole thing a bit less costly and not much less as stiff

That would be cool Otherwise it gets complicated when you have to source a tapered rod to fit in the steering arm.

I was thinking the same, but I think as long as the thread isn't made of SS it might be ok?
