Yerp - if some of the machine shop gurus on here can offer a decent bracket upgrade that would be sweet too.Paul Nugent

I will sort out the 17mm arb prices as soon as i get a B5 RS4 chassis number to quote. I normally get 10-20% discount from TPS.
Gonna order the 15mm one to try tomorrow and once Paul has ordered, will post the price
Brackets would be smashing!Comment

Hmm, thats interesting, Powerflex list B5 RARB bush 15 and 16mm. Having said that, they offer 15mm on the S2/RS2 as well.Comment

That 15mm B5-RS4 bar is common to sports fitment on other B5 quattro (options 1BE, 1BD or 1BV). I personally think it would a useful upgrade on the B4, but if the 17mm RS4 GMBH bar is similarly priced then that would be tempting too - but I would doubt it.Paul Nugent

Yeah I am thinking the 15 is a definate worthy option for those wanting similar to RS2 on their S2 or B4Q, or for someone wishing to make a few bob on selling their RS2 one
I imagine the 17 will be ~ 200 but fingers crossed its xx.77

LOL - not much is new these days... I found this old thread via google when searching for applications of 17mm RS4 RARB...
See Ben posted his analysis way back in 2005 - and Josh went for the 15mm B5 bar from a 2000 S4 - photo included in that thread.Paul Nugent

I use a 15mm RS4 RARB....and it hardly cost me a bean...
and it improved the back end of the car no end....I tried to get the 17mm but they were quite rare...
I will upgrade to my whiteline one day when I get my head out my bottom and get some brackets made to reduce the risk of cracking my subframe...Comment

Just caught up with this .... I've been looking into the 17mms arb with the local dealer ( about a week ago , before I was dragged away for a weeks holiday... )
They have quated me £67.76 incl VAT but will let me have 5 % discount ( as it's for an Audi over 3 years old !!!!)
Also the RS2 rear drop links ( metal -- not the plastic version fitted to A4/S4 /RS4 B5s) are £61.75 each incl and again minus 5 %
and Milton Keynes had half a dozen sets in stock..........
OK, I usually get 10% - 20% from the stealers, so I am willing to arrange a group buy...
Surely someone could make a rose-jointed RS2 drop link replacement cheaper that 60 quid? And if the brackets mentioned before could be priced I could arrange kits. I will enquire about poly ARB bushes in the upgrade sizes of 17, 19, 21mm, are there other sizes?Comment

That one is less pennies than the one chris is on about...
it is 15mm
The 17mm one is for the RS4 uprated and is a quattro GMBH one but there may well be stock in the UK if B5 guys are using them for upgrades...
The S4 one may well be the S2 12 mm one.Comment
