Depends what you're after, no point going all adjustable on a road car that goes to the shops and back... do you use it on track?

For road and some tarmac track days i vote for KW Ver 3... but after KW spring change to H&R or Eibach.

I used to run H&R's and then KW v3's on my Rallye and thought the KW's were far better. They were a brilliant set up and soaked up the bumps nicely as well unlike a lot of coilovers.

There's also the Mance CCK kit that you use to convert your current struts and then choose all the other bits like spring rates and dampers.

I'm using a coilover kit from Mance with front Urs4 Bilstein dampers, Eibach #400 springs and race spec Promounts all round.
Very stiff, not ideal for a lot of bumpy road/ lane use but you get used to it... The grip is very impressive.

2nded on the kw's. i had a kit built for the cab s2 cab. With the s2 kit you can specify slightly stiffer spring rates when you order as an option
