i would be carefull in replicating steering and suspension components,as they will have a dramitic effect on the cars ability if they are not up to scratch..
.and what if they cause damage..ie they snap

my personal opinion is that ALL aftermarket steering and suspension parts should be tested and deemed safe before putting them on our cars

This has crossed my mind as well but put in the context of either using replacements from QH of unknown origin or use something from someone who's closely involved on here, i.e. Bambridge, who knows the people he's manufacturing his parts for and understands the materials he's using then I'm much happier with that than some part from some unknown factory possibly deep inside China or India.

          Replica parts

You are absolutely right on that mate. I raises a good concern but what do we know about the other parts coming from "trusted" dealers...

I have to agree with John as egg Merc electronic wiring was made for a while in African factories...

it is only a year or so that I work as recovery man but I have to say Mercs and BMWs are on top of the shitlist and they are not older than 6 years.

As for Bambridge, he is very helpful and kind and as he is an engineer I do advance trust towards him. much more than for local part dealers whom couldn't tell the name of this part I was looking for :mischeif:

your quite rite to be concerned, the last thing you want to put on your steering arms is a cheap threaded bar made from crap steel.
The material we use is a high spec grade steel that is recommended for use in car suspension parts
Also we have machined a strength radius were the threaded section reaches the hex section

Thats why i will be putting some on my car

Had a lot of interest in these recently, if anyone is interested in the QH ones then post your name in a list and ill see if I can get a discount for a bigger order, if they're still available.

If you're interested then start a list with how many you want.
