I'm just wanting to know the difference between the two manufacturers of the poly bushes Power Flex and Super Flex, are the Super Flex bushes from a harder compound?. I know there is a price difference between the two but thats all
If you can use the superflex ones which are of a better design. I frequently have issues with my powerflex ones creeking over speed humps and had powerflex redesign the bushes 3 times but it still didnt solve the issues.
I spoke to a very up to speed woman at superflex who advised me on the bushes and what they had in stock, good job I was sat down when she told me the price of kitting the 90 out with a complete set inc rear diff bush, but as we have all learned we only get what we pay for.. cheers for the info
Superflex are made in Australia by Superpro as far as I know, they are worth a look too, IIRc they do the whole lot except forged wishbone bushes, which AFAIK only poweflex do in PU.
Whatever you buy just be careful I had a set of superflex subframe bushes which had big splits in them so make sure you check them over before fitting
Well after reading a few of the type 85 project's on here, a few wish they had gone the 5 stud route using S2 struts, wishbones and mix n match CV joints, what do I do now that's thrown a right spanner in the works..
