KW3 - How are they adjusted and is it easy to set up ?

As per the title.
Does anyone have experience of these coilover kits ? How easy are they to adjust ?

I presume is is adjustable on the car by turning a knob for compression and a second knob for rebound ???

How easy is it for a DIYer to set up a KW3 kit satisfactorily ?

Or is is not worth the extra expense and hassle, and so one should stick with a KW1 ?

btw, where does a H&R coilover kit fall in terms of stiffness of the springs when compared to the KW1 and KW3 kits ?

A small allen key is used in the bottom and top of the strut, can't remember which end does which. You don't even need to lift the car off the ground to do it and they even supply you with the allen key, it's pretty easy. I just started at the midway point and adjusted it to suit after driving, really easy.
