Lemforder are the only aftermarket option I think. Beware of cheap Chinese copies.

I got mine from http://www.allgermanparts.co.uk/ - Lemforder items.

The chap, Jason, was a pleasure to deal with and the service was excellent.

13698 02 is the Lemforder part number, btw.

I've not changed mine yet, but bought some bicycle inner-tubes to put round then tie wrap over the adjustor mech.

also changed the bolts that fit them to the sub-frame, b-----ds to get out with out heat

Also reminds me to get mine four wheel alligned. No wonder i have ruined a set of rear tyres

I guess its only the adjusters that need freeing up the actual arms look quite new. Ill have to look and see. I just like to have all the parts ready for the job

Yes make sure you strip the new arms and apply plenty of waterproof grease to the adjusters

Having a look at the parts system. It looks like all you can buy is the complete arm so you unbolt from the subframe, then the hub and swap. I assumed they would come in bits. Looks like another 200 quid then.
