s2 struts on a urquattro

I used the search option, but i couldn't find anything about this topic.


So, can the s2 suspension components (strut housings and hubs) be used on a urquattro?

Any BTDT`s?

Why?

Because on that setup, you have the option of setting the camber where the strut meets the hub housing.

I wonder if the axles fit the s2 hubs, how is it with the ball joints, if using s2 suspension changes the track.

I need more camber on the rear!

it will fit; you MAY change the outer propchaft unit....easy done...

I did it on the front of may track car.

Can fit bigger shocks and 3 bolts ball joint instead on 2 bolt. Much stronger. More camber and castor.

You will also require ARB , lower control arms, Outer CV from an S2, and a new set of rims if you are using 5 x 112 hubs. B3 came with same config but 4 x 108 hubs.

Not worth the effort for a street car, but major improvement for a track car.
