Thanks I might keep this setup for winter and do another set 40 mm lower than 1BE springs and B8 shocks all round to swap in summer time.

Swopping the rear shocks and springs combo twice a year maybe, but I can't think you'd do it for the front combo.
I've been wrong before though.

OK now I went on and swapped springs to Eibach kit , front EW1527001 VA is a bit high ( probably 10mm ) , rear EW 1516002 HA is way too low (probably 10mm) , and the front is about 10-15mm lower than 1BE . I want to rise the rear by either 1) cut new grooves 10mm higher in the rear shocke , that hold the perch or 2 ) make a small metal sleeve 10mm that sits on top of the ring and positions the perch 10mm higher . I am biased towards option 2 as I can play with rideheight more with different width sleeves ... Also does anybody have an idea for thickness of Bilstein B6 rear shock ( technical spec sheet or something so that i can at least I can see what sort of material size pipe/tube i need to take to the lathe ?
In term of ride quality all I can say that it is a very good balance between sport and comfort , very much to my liking for a daily driver . I will post photos later .Last edited by Cordoba16vt; 16 May 2016, 12:12.Comment
