Advice needed. Which of these sub frames will fit an RS2?

My wanted ad has had two responses and I would be grateful for second opinions on whether the frames offered are RS2 compatible.

    Supplier 1 has offered this:

    Supplier 2 has offered these:

Are all of them going to fit an RS2?

    Many thanks

B3 and B4 S2 and RS2 front subframe part numbers

Not answering your question directly, just providing info:

RS2 and Audi 80 S2 avant subframe for CGR and CRB transmissions: 8A0199313BC

Audi S2 coupe subframe for CGR transmission: 8A0199313BC (same as RS2 and Audi S2 avant)

Audi S2 coupe subframe for ARV 5 spd transmission, up to VIN 8B-N-015000: 895199313

Audi S2 coupe subframe for ARV 5 spd transmission after VIN 8B-P-000001: 8A0199313BB

SOooo... if you can find the PN on the subframes, you will have your answer.

Yeah, went down that route already. Parts numbers have been covered over by the painting unfortunately.

Not all of them. I see a PN on this one:

IICRC, In my research the subframe from the 2.8 litre 80 is the same as RS2/S2 ABY.

Agree. The B4 Audi 80Q with the AAH 2.8L V6 came with either the CBR, CVX or CPN five speed transmission. The subframe for this combination was the 8A0199313BC which is the same as the one used for the RS2 and its CGR and CRB transmissions.

only difference I have ever found is some v6s have some extra reinforcement on the inside longest bit where its spot welded together which I have heard causing the downpipe to catch when used on a aby/adu

non of those in the pictures have the reinforcement

from breaking a few v6s it appeared to me that only earlier v6s had the extra bit

A lot of the above is covered in this thread.

Is there any way to confirm that any of the above parts are 8A0199313BC without seeing the part number?

The alternative is that I will just have to turn both offers down due to lack of information..
