Power steering becoming hard at end points

I have been noticing this from my car.
Setup is a single vane pump after replacing the brake system to a vaccum servo.

The pump has been professionally refurbished a while back.

I have noticed recently that when trying to park the car and close to reaching the end points of the steering the wheel it becomes very hard and the pump I guess noisy.
I have checked the fluid level and tried to check for air in the system and it seems ok. I also had a leak recently through one of the hoses from the rack to the pump which was replaced with a good unit.

Is this possible that the pump is giving up?

What power steering fluid did you used ? Is it the FEBI greenish power steering oil in the green 1L bottle with red cap ?

I wonder if you had some dirt in the spare line that you fitted and this has blocked one of the little screens in the banjo bolts?

Thanks for the responses. I use the green stuff. Nothing different.
That theory of dirt could be plausible.. what is interesting is that when there is more RPM it works fine...

if more rpm helps then the pump is too weak at idle.

Is that something to do with its belt or just replace the pump altogether?

if the belt does not slip i would replace the pump.i have one for sale from a b2 type lol
or you can measurer the pressure with a mechanical gauge.
normaly on the identification plate from the pump stands the pressure
