Maybe he send me then the S2 mounts (older models) and not RS2. Then only widening this hole will make it fit.

AFAIK they are all the same except for the bolt hole in the middle, i think late model S2's had a larger bolt. Something like 12mm vs 10mm.

If someone has a Sub frame outside the car and could measure the mount sits then it would also do the job.

    Thanks

Who did you get the alloy ones from?

The problem is through a wrong order i got now the alloy mounts. The measurements are rough measures from me. I think they did not bore the right holes in the midlle of them. The edges are all rounded etc and many people in Germany are using them for over 3 years now.

I was thinking of going PU but they could not cancel my alloy order so now i am going to give them a go.

I can sell you the correct ones for your chassis, they are hard anodised to protect against any material migration bewteen the dissimilar metals.
You dimension's though are not enough to produce the alloy mounts, the sharp corners would lead to stress points and lead to an early failiure.

Corey can you maybe give the dimentions of the alloy ones? These are for RS2 front.

I think the hole in the middle is incorrect.

In the piccy I have two new rear sub frame bushings sitting along side the alloy mounts, note they are upside down so the bulge part at the bottom sits between the sub frame and the body of the car.

In short I added a few large washers to make up the difference in height, without doing so it will fit fine except the sub frame and diff sit a few MM higher in the car and even closer to the exhaust over the inner driveshaft flange.

    Mark.
Something we have addressed, we have also done thicker still to allow for larger exhausts to go over the back axle.
There are also offset items for the front subframe (034 manufacture these) for better geometry and to allow for some big *** downpipeage to poke through
