    Airbag delete?

    1995 S2,
Legalities/insurance aside, is it possible to fit a standard S2 3-spoke steering wheel in place of the air-bag type?
    Thanks.

Yes, you need the different switch shroud. I have both if you need them as I was going to do this on my last avant

I thought there might be a trim issue......I'll take you up on the trim offer, assuming it's black?!
Can you PM me with cost including postage?

I'd be more worried about avoiding death or serious injury than the legal/insurance side.

Sorry to be a square but as an airbag engineer I have to promote the benefits.

Understandable - but it's something I'd fancied too- altho' the airbag wheel I have is deemed the best looking,I much prefer the 3B wheel.
Of course my car has standard brakes (and 280bhp chip)-that's challenging Fate already

I understand your point of view.

The wheel that's on just now, I'm forever sounding the horn accidentally.
